Senior Design Specialist
Job Summary
Bridging visual design and technical implementation, the full-time remote Senior Design and Template Specialist will translate creative direction into scalable templates and reusable components while collaborating with cross-functional teams across various design platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Translate creative direction into scalable templates and reusable components for print and digital products
- Develop and maintain sophisticated templates and production systems in design tools such as Figma and InDesign
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align design requirements with platform capabilities and ensure accessibility standards are met
Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or related fields
- Portfolio demonstrating advanced visual design skills and experience with functional template creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and experience with CMS-based digital workflows
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related education and/or professional experience
- Experience in educational publishing or large-scale content production is preferred
