Job Summary
Leading all design studios across the Southeast Area, the full-time salaried Senior Design Studio Manager will manage studio operations, ensure alignment with corporate standards, and drive staffing and performance management while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational leadership and alignment of design studios, ensuring compliance with the Design Studio Playbook
- Manage staffing, onboarding, and training of Design Consultants to optimize studio performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze design studio data, enhancing customer experience and informing strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of management experience in a design-related role
- College degree preferred, with experience in homebuilding
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams effectively
- Strong understanding of design operations and product offerings
- Experience with data analysis and performance management in a retail or design environment
