Job Summary
Leading the technology practice, the full-time Senior Design Technology Lead will manage a team of technologists and web developers, ensuring alignment with development partners while shaping the department's direction and overseeing the delivery and technical strategy in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Shape team dynamics and growth through coaching, goal-setting, and fostering a collaborative culture between engineers and designers
- Lead planning and execution across multiple projects, managing priorities, scope, resources, risks, and delivery timelines
- Establish technical direction and best practices, ensuring quality standards are upheld across all engagements
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of full-time industry experience in design technology or a closely related discipline, with at least 2 years in a people manager role
- Demonstrable work samples available for review
- Availability for a minimum 3-hour overlap with Toronto EDT timezone
