Senior Designated Services Engineer
Job Summary
To ensure customer success in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Designated Services Engineer will serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and Engineering, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison to address feature gaps and reliability concerns
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while escalating to Engineering as needed
- Proactively monitor systems and document customer issues through the ticketing system
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles related to enterprise infrastructure
- Experience with Linux-based storage, networking, and cloud technologies
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills in distributed environments
- Proficiency in Python and Bash for automation scripting
- Deep understanding of networking and distributed storage systems
