Senior Designer
Job Summary
Leading a diverse portfolio of creative projects, the full-time Senior Designer will develop high-quality design solutions for marketing, business development, and internal communications while working remotely from specified cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of creative work across various formats, including print and digital communications, presentations, and video content
- Independently manage creative projects from concept through final delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to meet business objectives
- Evaluate project requests and recommend improvements to workflows and creative processes to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field preferred
- 7+ years of senior-level design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print and digital applications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
- Experience creating and editing professional video content and familiarity with motion graphics tools is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with experience in creating sophisticated, editable presentations
