Senior Designer

Job Summary

Leading a diverse portfolio of creative projects, the full-time remote Senior Designer will develop high-quality design solutions for marketing, business development, and internal communications while managing stakeholder relationships and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of creative work across various formats, including print and digital materials, presentations, and video content
• Independently manage creative projects from concept development through production and final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Evaluate project requests and contribute recommendations for improving workflows and overall client experience within Creative Services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
• 7+ years of senior-level design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print and digital applications
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat, as well as video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand systems, with the ability to translate complex information into visual communications
• Experience in an in-house, brand-side, or professional services environment is strongly preferred
