Senior Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing marketing team, the full-time Senior Designer will independently manage a diverse portfolio of creative projects, developing high-quality design solutions for business development, marketing, and internal communications in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of creative work across various formats, including digital graphics, presentations, and marketing materials
• Independently manage creative projects from concept through production, collaborating with stakeholders to meet business objectives
• Evaluate project requests and recommend improvements to Creative Services workflows and quality-control practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of senior-level design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print and digital applications
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing software
• Experience creating sophisticated PowerPoint presentations for professional audiences
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems
