Senior Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing Marketing & Business Development team, the full-time Senior Designer will independently lead a diverse portfolio of creative projects, developing high-quality design solutions for business development, marketing, and internal communications in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of creative work across various formats, including print and digital communications, presentations, and video content
• Independently manage creative projects from concept development through production and final delivery while collaborating with stakeholders to meet business objectives
• Evaluate project requests and recommend improvements to workflows and processes to enhance the efficiency of Creative Services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of senior-level design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print and digital applications
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience creating sophisticated PowerPoint presentations and a strong understanding of design principles and brand systems
• Ability to translate complex information into clear visual communication and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
