Senior Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing marketing team, the full-time Senior Designer will independently lead creative projects from concept development to final delivery, focusing on high-quality design solutions for business development, marketing, and internal communications in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of creative work across various formats, including print and digital communications, presentations, and video content
• Independently manage multiple complex projects, collaborating with stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver effective design solutions
• Evaluate project requests and maintain organized project files, ensuring quality control and adherence to brand standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
• 7+ years of senior-level design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print and digital applications
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience creating sophisticated PowerPoint presentations and translating complex information into clear visual communications
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to other designers
