Senior Designer

Job Summary

Leading a diverse portfolio of creative projects, the full-time Senior Designer will develop high-quality visual communications and manage stakeholder relationships while working remotely from various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of creative work across various formats, including print and digital communications, presentations, and video content
• Independently manage creative projects from concept development through production and final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Provide creative consultation and recommendations, proactively communicating project needs and managing multiple high-priority assignments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
• 7+ years of senior-level design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in print and digital applications
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro for video editing
• Experience creating sophisticated PowerPoint presentations for professional audiences
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand systems, with the ability to translate complex information into clear visual communication
