Senior Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing Marketing & Business Development team, the full-time Senior Designer will independently lead diverse creative projects, develop high-quality visual communications, and manage stakeholder relationships in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of creative work across various formats, including print and digital communications, presentations, and video content
• Independently manage multiple complex projects from concept through production, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs
• Evaluate project requests and recommend design approaches while identifying opportunities for process improvement within Creative Services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of senior-level design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print and digital applications
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems, with the ability to translate complex information into clear visuals
• Experience in a professional services environment and strong collaboration skills to work effectively with attorneys and senior professionals
