Senior Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing marketing team, the full-time Senior Designer will independently lead creative projects from concept to delivery, developing high-quality visual communications across various formats in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of creative work, including print and digital materials, presentations, and video content
• Independently manage multiple projects, collaborating with attorneys and stakeholders to meet business objectives
• Evaluate project requests and recommend design solutions, ensuring quality and adherence to brand standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of senior-level design experience with a strong portfolio across print and digital applications
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
• Experience creating and editing professional video content and strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to translate complex information into clear visual communication and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
