Senior Designer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Designer for a full-time remote position, who will independently lead a diverse portfolio of creative projects, developing high-quality design solutions that support business development, marketing, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of creative work across various formats, including print and digital communications, presentations, and video content
• Independently manage creative projects from concept through production, collaborating with attorneys and stakeholders to meet business objectives
• Evaluate project requests and recommend design approaches, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in visual communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
• 7+ years of senior-level design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print and digital applications
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro for video editing
• Experience creating professional presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive audiences
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, with the ability to translate complex information into clear visuals
