Senior Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing Marketing & Business Development team, the full-time Senior Designer will independently lead a diverse portfolio of creative projects, developing high-quality visual communications across various formats while collaborating with stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of creative work for advertising, events, presentations, and digital communications
• Independently manage creative projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Provide peer review and guidance to team members while identifying opportunities for workflow improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of senior-level design experience with a strong portfolio across print and digital applications
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and experience in creating and editing professional video content
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, with experience creating sophisticated presentations for professional audiences
• Experience in an in-house or professional services environment is strongly preferred
