Senior Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing marketing team, the full-time remote Senior Designer will independently lead a diverse portfolio of creative projects, developing high-quality visual communications across various formats while managing stakeholder relationships and competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of creative work, including print and digital materials, presentations, and video content
• Independently manage creative projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Evaluate project requests and recommend design approaches, while identifying opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of senior-level design experience with a strong portfolio across print and digital applications
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong skills in creating sophisticated PowerPoint presentations for professional audiences
• Experience in a business-to-business or professional services environment is strongly preferred
