Senior Designer
Job Summary
To enhance design capabilities, the full-time Senior Designer will enrich the design system, create AI-powered templates, and manage brand materials while working remotely from Texas or Oregon.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the enrichment of the design system and build AI-powered, self-serve templates for on-brand materials
- Own brand governance and lead website and SharePoint design initiatives
- Direct contract and freelance designers while managing a high volume of ad hoc creative requests from various departments
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of brand or creative direction experience with strong hands-on production ability
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
- Experience in motion graphics or video production
- Ability to manage a high-volume, multi-stakeholder request queue with a defined intake process
- Experience in building reusable templates or design systems for non-designers
