Senior Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Senior Designer will manage brand and marketing design initiatives, evolve visual identity, and transition into product design while collaborating closely with engineering and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design the website, launch materials, decks, social media, and campaigns while evolving the visual identity
• Own end-to-end product design flows, from exploration to launch, including product-led growth activation
• Develop reusable components and visual standards that maintain consistency across product and brand

Required qualifications

• Exceptional visual craft demonstrated in a portfolio covering both product and brand/marketing work
• Proven track record of shipping products with strong UX judgment
• Hands-on experience in translating visual identity across various formats
• Active practice in AI design, with the ability to critically evaluate AI tool outputs
• Strong collaborative skills and comfort with ambiguity in design processes
