Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Senior Designer will manage brand and marketing design projects, evolve the visual identity, and contribute to product design by developing user flows and reusable components.
Key responsibilities
- Design the website, launch materials, decks, social content, and campaigns while evolving the visual identity
- Own product design flows from early exploration to launch, including PLG activation and upgrade moments
- Develop reusable components and visual standards for consistency across product and brand
Required qualifications
- Exceptional visual craft demonstrated in a portfolio covering both product and brand or marketing work
- Proven track record of shipping products with strong UX judgment
- Hands-on experience translating a visual identity across web and various campaign formats
- Active practice of AI in design, with the ability to critically evaluate and integrate AI tools
- Clear communication skills that facilitate understanding of design decisions and tradeoffs
