Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Designer & Product Developer for a remote, full-time position focused on creating and developing luxury baby and lifestyle soft goods, where the candidate will manage the entire design process from concept to production.
Key responsibilities:
- Design seasonal and evergreen products for baby, kids, nursery, and lifestyle soft goods
- Establish color, material, texture, print, and trim direction to create a recognizable brand aesthetic
- Develop tech packs, specifications, and construction details to transform concepts into market-ready products
Required qualifications:
- 6-10+ years of experience in product design and development for baby, children's, apparel, or soft goods
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both commercial viability and aesthetic appeal
- Proficiency in textiles, construction, tech packs, and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
- Experience collaborating with domestic and international suppliers
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to construction details
