Senior Designer/Researcher
Job Summary
Driving design and research initiatives remotely, the full-time Senior Designer/Researcher will lead the discovery and redesign of IVR journeys for government programs, focusing on user needs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create accessible digital experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the discovery and redesign of individual-income-tax IVR journeys, prioritizing high-volume intents
- Plan and deliver design and research initiatives, employing a human-centered design mindset
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce design artifacts, user flows, and prototypes
Required qualifications
- At least five years of experience as a designer in product teams
- Experience with complex call-flow and operational journey mapping
- Proven ability to translate user research into implementable IVR requirements
- Experience in designing and implementing digital services with web and responsive UI best practices
- A strong curiosity and ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems
