Job Summary
Providing systems support to managed health centers and corporate users, the full-time remote Senior Desktop Engineer will manage endpoint deployment, compliance, and maintenance while collaborating with the Desktop Tech Lead to implement innovative technologies and mentor junior engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage endpoint management, software packaging/deployment, patching, and maintenance of administrative tools
- Support the implementation of automation, compliance, and security strategies in administrative tasks
- Configure and maintain Operating System Deployment task sequences for hardware imaging
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of desktop support experience in an enterprise environment
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager administration
- Experience with Intune administration, including Autopilot
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Active Directory administration
