Senior Detection Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic Senior Detection Engineering Manager, the full-time position will lead a team focused on developing innovative threat detection strategies to protect users from cyber threats, collaborating closely with various security teams in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Shape and execute the cybersecurity detection strategy alongside detection engineers and leadership
• Guide the development and deployment of threat detection rules while supporting cybersecurity investigations
• Integrate threat intelligence to enhance detection capabilities and proactively identify security gaps

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in security or engineering
• Strong leadership experience in security teams
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, ETL workflows, and SIEM platforms
• Understanding of threat detection frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
• Experience with AI tools and cloud infrastructure (GCP and AWS preferred)
