Senior Developer
Job Summary
Leading the design and development of complex Business Central and mobile solutions, the full-time Senior Developer will mentor team members, manage technical deliveries, and ensure high-quality standards while working remotely from Canada, the US, or the Philippines.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical delivery of enhancements and major workstreams, from estimation to release
- Mentor Associate Developers and conduct code reviews to uphold development standards
- Lead technical responses for high-impact defects and production incidents, including root-cause analysis
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in delivering complex production software and leading technical workstreams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, AL, React Native, or TypeScript
- Strong technical judgment and skills in debugging, solution design, and mentoring
- Experience with SaaS or ERP products and familiarity with AppSource and mobile app releases
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and security in software development
