Senior Development Associate

Job Summary

Empowering communities through strategic partnerships, the full-time Senior Development Associate will manage fundraising initiatives, cultivate donor relationships, and coordinate development operations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Support and implement Acacia's annual fundraising strategy across various funding sources
• Independently manage relationships with donors and philanthropic partners, coordinating cultivation and stewardship activities
• Lead special fundraising initiatives and events that align with Acacia's strategic priorities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent work/life experience
• Experience in nonprofit or community development roles
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of fundraising principles and community-centric development practices
• Proficiency in managing databases and CRM systems for donor tracking
