Job Summary
Managing assigned development opportunities to support CES strategic and organic growth initiatives, the remote Senior Development Manager will lead end-to-end execution across repower, repurpose, acquisition, and new product and service opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead development execution from concept through business approval and construction readiness for assigned CES opportunities
- Evaluate market opportunities and financial performance to advance strategic and organic growth initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and prepare investment business cases, including financial modeling and risk assessment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in energy development, business development, project development, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience managing complex development opportunities through internal approval processes
- Strong financial, commercial, and analytical skills, including business case development
- Proven ability to lead within a complex, matrixed, national organization
