Job Summary
Overseeing project setup and execution, the full-time Senior Development Project Manager will manage project costs, schedules, and risks while ensuring successful completion of construction in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develops project strategies and manages overall execution plans, including cost, schedule, and risk management
- Leads project implementation, guiding clients and teams through design, procurement, and construction processes
- Prepares RFQs/RFPs, negotiates contracts, and reviews subcontract proposals to ensure project objectives are met
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10 or more years of related experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with client relations, contract negotiations, and consulting
- Knowledge of architectural/engineering drawings and construction concepts
