Senior DevOps Architect
Job Summary
Leading the architecture and technical strategy for a fully remote, full-time Senior DevOps Architect position, the candidate will manage the CI/CD and DevOps platform, ensuring operational readiness and security compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture of the DevOps platform, including CI/CD pipelines and AWS EKS
- Lead the transition of the DevOps platform from prior providers, ensuring operational continuity and readiness
- Set technical standards for CI/CD processes and maintain platform-level DevSecOps controls
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years in DevOps or platform engineering and 3+ years in a lead role
- Demonstrated experience architecting enterprise CI/CD platforms at scale on Kubernetes/EKS
- Experience with AWS-based architectures and Infrastructure as Code management
- Proven ability to present technical decisions to executive and technical audiences
