Senior DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the infrastructure end to end, the full-time Senior DevOps Engineer will manage the build, test, and deploy pipeline, ensuring fast and safe shipping while maintaining uptime targets for bank customers in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the build, test, and deploy pipeline to facilitate rapid and safe software shipping
- Define and implement reproducible infrastructure environments via code, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems to maintain uptime and improve on-call practices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles, with a preference for early or solo infrastructure hires
- Deep fluency with AWS and infrastructure-as-code in a production environment
- Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines that are well-received by engineering teams
- Strong understanding of observability, including system instrumentation and incident management
- Familiarity with operating in regulated environments, such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001
