Senior DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the Proxmox and Ceph platform end to end, the full-time Senior DevOps Engineer will manage infrastructure across OVH, Hetzner, and cloud providers like AWS and GCP, focusing on resource rightsizing and ensuring reliability in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee Proxmox and Ceph platform capacity, upgrades, performance, and incident response
- Drive resource rightsizing to optimize costs and separate development workloads into a dedicated cluster
- Maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, and GitLab CI, ensuring no manual changes in production
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with infrastructure and physical hardware
- 5+ years of experience running Kubernetes and cloud platforms in production
- Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, and GitLab CI
- Real FinOps experience with demonstrable cost optimization
- Experience with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, or Aerospike at scale is a plus
