Senior DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a proactive Senior DevOps Engineer for a primarily remote, full-time position, who will collaborate with devops engineers and development teams to deploy and maintain Linux-based application infrastructure while building automation pipelines and supporting both in-house and third-party applications.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy and maintain application infrastructure
- Build and manage automation pipelines for application deployment and maintenance
- Create monitoring dashboards and alerts using Grafana, Prometheus, and Alertmanager
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering or a related field
- Strong understanding of the Linux operating system and command line proficiency
- Experience with configuration management tools like Chef
- Ability to design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Jenkins
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as Bash, Ruby, Python, or Go
