Senior DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a proactive Senior DevOps Engineer in a primarily remote, full-time position, who will manage Linux-based infrastructure, collaborate with development teams, and streamline application deployment and maintenance.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers and development teams to deploy and maintain application infrastructure
- Develop and support tooling for efficient deployment and maintenance of products
- Build and manage automation pipelines for application deployment and maintenance
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering or a related field
- Strong understanding of the Linux operating system and command line proficiency
- Experience with configuration management tools like Chef
- Ability to design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Jenkins
- Solid understanding of networking principles, including DNS and firewalls
