Senior DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
Leading DevOps and Infrastructure teams, the full-time Senior DevOps Engineer will improve and maintain technical infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability of staging and production environments while enforcing best SRE and DevOps practices in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and staging servers to achieve 99.9% uptime
- Implement resilient systems for product availability, aiming for 99.99% uptime and effective disaster recovery
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, providing technical guidance and career development
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience leading a team in a fast-growing multinational IT business
- 5 years of experience in DevOps and SRE with high-RPS distributed products
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and various deployment strategies
- Practical experience in developing and maintaining large scalable applications in the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Ability to utilize a data-driven approach to decision-making and relationship-building with neighboring teams
