Senior DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
Owning and improving technical infrastructure, the full-time Senior DevOps Engineer will manage Localize's AWS and Cloudflare environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security while collaborating with product engineers to enhance the software development lifecycle in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage infrastructure across AWS and Cloudflare, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Improve deployment and release processes with a focus on automation and reliability
- Lead incident response efforts and conduct post-incident reviews to enhance operational resilience
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a DevOps role
- Expertise in managing and optimizing AWS infrastructure and data stores like Redis and MongoDB
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as OpenTofu and Terragrunt
- Experience with CI/CD processes and automated deployment management
- Hands-on experience with production infrastructure security and compliance, particularly SOC 2 Type II
