Job Summary
To support the design and maintenance of cloud production systems, the full-time Senior DevOps Engineer will deploy, monitor, and automate enterprise solutions in AWS while collaborating with development and QA teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud production and development systems for Workday Community
- Deploy and manage enterprise solutions and services in AWS, focusing on developer efficiency and product quality
- Collaborate with Dev and QA teams to build and support continuous integration and deployment tooling
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software, systems, or networking development, with 2+ years in a dedicated DevOps engineer role
- Comprehensive experience with AWS and tools for building infrastructure as code (IaC) such as Terraform and CloudFormation
- Strong proficiency in shell scripting and Python
- Experience with Docker containerization and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and adapt to new systems and designs
