Job Summary
To support a high-visibility enterprise technology modernization initiative, the full-time Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer will design, build, automate, and operate cloud-native platforms, focusing on CI/CD automation, Kubernetes deployments, and GitOps workflows in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and automate software deployment processes
- Deploy and manage containerized applications in Kubernetes environments while implementing GitOps workflows
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with production cloud-native platforms in DevOps or platform engineering roles
- Experience designing and building GitLab CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Experience implementing observability solutions with tools like Prometheus or Grafana
