Job Summary
Supporting cloud platform operations, the fully remote contract Senior DevOps Engineer will design and improve platform services, build Kubernetes-based deployment environments, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance operational best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Design and improve platform services, deployment workflows, and automation solutions for engineering teams
- Build and maintain Kubernetes-based deployment environments utilizing tools such as ArgoCD
- Create standardized deployment paths and onboarding processes to facilitate efficient application launches
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or cloud infrastructure roles
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based environments
- Previous software engineering experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java
- Strong troubleshooting and automation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple technical teams
