Senior DevSecOps Engineer
Job Summary
To support the VA.gov Platform's Infrastructure Services Team, the full-time Senior DevSecOps Engineer will design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure and deployment automation remotely, enabling secure digital service delivery for millions of Veterans.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure supporting the VA.gov Platform
- Develop reusable infrastructure modules and automation for multiple engineering teams
- Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins
Required qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7-10 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Hands-on production experience with AWS as a primary cloud provider
- Strong proficiency with Terraform and experience deploying Kubernetes
