Job Summary

Leading the creative expression of the OUAI brand across digital channels, the full-time Senior Digital Design Manager will oversee a team of designers and manage digital design projects across e-commerce, email, and paid media in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the digital expression of the brand and translate campaign concepts into elevated, channel-specific creative
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three digital designers while ensuring high standards and accountability
• Oversee multiple projects from brief to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet objectives and deadlines

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing design teams
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional digital design across various platforms
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of motion design as a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver complex projects on time
