Job Summary
Owning the SEO and AEO strategy for patient acquisition, the full-time Senior Digital Marketing Channel Manager will manage comprehensive digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute Headway's SEO and AEO strategy to drive patient acquisition and improve brand recommendations by AI assistants
- Lead content creation, link building, and digital PR efforts to enhance authority and third-party mentions
- Collaborate with the Growth PM and engineering teams on technical SEO priorities including site architecture and indexation
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of SEO experience with proven success in organic acquisition and recent achievements in AEO
- Familiarity with AI processes or agents and their application in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of link building and long-tail content strategies
- Technical proficiency to identify site issues and collaborate on strategy with product and engineering teams
- Experience in digital health, telehealth, or similar YMYL categories is a plus
