Job Summary

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end digital marketing projects across various channels, ensuring high quality and profitability
• Manage 1-3 junior project managers and serve as the primary contact for assigned projects
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and address any issues or bottlenecks that arise

Required qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience managing digital marketing projects across multiple channels
• Experience in franchise or multi-location businesses and client-facing roles
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate teams
• Hands-on experience with project management software such as Monday.com
• Strong skills in project management, budgeting, and resource management
