Job Summary
To support the International Coaching Federation team, the fully remote Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will shape and execute a high-impact digital content strategy, creating engaging SEO-optimized content while managing email marketing and lead generation efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Create audience-specific copy for various digital formats to drive brand awareness and user action
- Develop and execute email strategies and optimize complex email automations for lead generation and stakeholder retention
- Analyze data and campaign performance to improve digital content and email strategy, ensuring long-term impact
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, creative writing, journalism, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of copywriting experience with at least 2 years in digital copywriting
- Proven ability to write both creative and technical copy for target audiences
- Knowledge of SEO content best practices and experience with email marketing software
- Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively or independently
