Senior Digital Producer

Job Summary

To support the execution of website updates for a large technology client, the full-time Contract Senior Digital Producer will manage project schedules, budgets, and workflows while collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality digital experiences remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project management, ensuring project deliverables and workstreams are on track
• Manage interconnected workflows across UX, UI Design, Development, and QA, utilizing project management tools
• Prepare internal and client-facing presentations, coordinating meetings and managing project assets

Required qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of experience as a Digital Producer within a digital design agency
• Experience with Google Workspace and familiarity with Jira or other project management tools
• Client-facing experience and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and proactive team player with strong communication skills
