Senior Digital Twin Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of a real-time simulation platform, the full-time Senior Digital Twin Program Manager will define project scope, manage dependencies, and coordinate engineering efforts while working remotely or from the Cary, North Carolina office.

Key responsibilities

• Own the program plan for the Digital Twin Platform, defining scope and goals with engineering leads and stakeholders
• Plan and prioritize delivery schedules while making trade-offs between simulation fidelity, performance, and release commitments
• Act as the central point of contact for technical and business issues, participating in design reviews and translating constraints for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, preferably Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of combined experience in software engineering and technical program management, including 3 years managing large-scale software programs
• Hands-on experience delivering real-time 3D or simulation applications in Unreal Engine or a comparable engine
• Working knowledge of simulation fundamentals, including physics modeling and sensor simulation
• Demonstrated record of delivering multi-team software programs on schedule and managing scope, dependencies, and risks
