Job Summary

As a hands-on analytics leader, the full-time remote Senior Director, AI Innovation will manage the analytic and AI methods that transform data into commercial decisions, focusing on marketing mix optimization, predictive modeling, and causal measurement while ensuring the adoption and quality of these methods across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the certified method portfolio for marketing mix and investment strategies, driving reuse across brands
• Lead the deployment of analytic methods through decision engines and planning tools, ensuring sustained adoption and effective use
• Act as a player-coach by directly designing and building analytics solutions, setting technical standards, and mentoring the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's and PhD preferred
• 12+ years of hands-on experience in modeling and analytics
• Proven experience in deploying predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms at scale
• Depth in commercial pharmaceutical methods such as marketing mix modeling and patient-level predictive modeling
• Experience with generative AI applications in a commercial context under enterprise governance
