Job Summary
To lead and grow a strategic enterprise healthcare payer relationship, the full-time Senior Director Client Services will drive engineering-led transformation through cloud modernization, data platforms, product engineering, and AI-enabled innovation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and own the engineering and technology growth plan for strategic healthcare payer accounts, including relationship maps and a qualified pipeline
- Develop relationships with senior technology and business leaders to identify new opportunities and expand engineering services
- Sell and shape engineering, cloud, data, and AI engagements, converting focused opportunities into larger, multiyear programs
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology services or consulting, specifically with healthcare payer accounts
- Prior experience with health insurance payers, understanding claims adjudication, interoperability, and HIPAA
- Established relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and senior technology leaders in major healthcare payer organizations
- Strong understanding of modern engineering services, cloud and data platforms, and AI solutions
- Demonstrated success in expanding enterprise client relationships into new engineering opportunities
