Job Summary
To grow strategic enterprise healthcare relationships, the full-time Senior Director Client Services will be responsible for expanding client partnerships and driving engineering services growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and own the engineering and technology growth plan for strategic enterprise health accounts
- Develop relationships with technology, data, security, and AI leaders at various organizational levels
- Sell and shape fixed-scope engineering sprints and pilots, converting them into retained engineering teams and managed services
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology services or consulting, particularly in healthcare provider accounts
- Strong healthcare provider experience with large hospital systems or integrated delivery networks (IDNs)
- Experience with EHR/EMR implementations and revenue cycle management
- Established relationships with senior technology leaders within healthcare provider organizations
- Ability to identify and expand Engineering & AI opportunities within existing client relationships
