Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Director, Customer Financial Officer, the successful candidate will manage strategic advising for major customers, influencing executive decision-making and overseeing significant financial engagements to drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic workshops and discussions with C-Suite executives to frame transformation initiatives and articulate business value
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives, quantifying the financial impact of their transformation efforts
• Oversee the development of comprehensive deal strategies and financial justifications to maximize investment outcomes

Required qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or value advisory roles
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and advise C-Suite executives on strategic technology investments
• Deep expertise in corporate finance, financial modeling, and deal structuring
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with experience orchestrating diverse teams
• An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred
