Leading cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Director, Digital Projects will be accountable for executing Priority Digital Projects aligned with strategic Aim Points, ensuring measurable outcomes and integration of enterprise-wide initiatives across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver assigned Aim Points and Priority Digital Projects, providing direction and accountability
- Own the roadmap for assigned Aim Points, ensuring that each project aligns with defined value outcomes
- Drive integration of data, digital, and AI capabilities relevant to assigned projects, partnering with technical leads for delivery integrity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in relevant fields such as life sciences or digital transformation
- 10+ years of experience in biopharma operations, supply chain, or enterprise transformation
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of end-to-end value chains relevant to digital projects
- Experience with agile product delivery and change management preferred
