Job Summary
To support drug development initiatives, the full-time Senior Director, DMPK will lead DMPK-related activities, including nonclinical PK experiments and regulatory submissions, while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the filing of NDAs for DMPK and deliver high-quality data to projects within established timelines
- Utilize DMPK knowledge to support compound profiling and project strategy, proactively calculating PK and toxicokinetic parameters
- Coordinate with DMPK colleagues and prepare presentations for internal governance bodies
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting
- Expertise in DMPK sciences and drug discovery and development processes
- Experience with regulatory submissions, including NDAs for small molecules
- Proficiency with Phoenix WinNonlin and other software for PK modeling
