Senior Director, eDiscovery Technology
Job Summary
Leading a global team of technologists and consultants, the full-time Senior Director, eDiscovery Technology will manage advanced analytics and AI-assisted workflows, ensuring methodology defensibility and partnering with Advisory to define consulting offerings, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the eDiscovery Technology practice, managing client matters with advanced analytics and AI workflows
- Own the methodology for AI-assisted review, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional standards and defensibility documentation
- Collaborate with Advisory and Sales to define, package, and price AI and analytics consulting services
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in eDiscovery or litigation technology, with 5+ years in advanced analytics and AI-assisted review
- Hands-on expertise in TAR 1.0 and 2.0, continuous active learning, and generative AI review methodologies
- Experience with multi-jurisdictional matters and knowledge of GDPR and cross-border data transfer regulations
- Proven track record in building and developing technical consulting teams across time zones
- Strong commercial acumen in packaging and pricing consulting work and understanding financial metrics
